Hello from the cradle of the Renaissance, Florence, Italy! 

 I am an experienced cross-cultural communications and marketing professional seeking short- or long-term freelance assignments with individuals as well as large and small organizations in the United States or Europe. My extensive work for diverse interests in the public and private sectors in the United States and Italy has led to numerous industry awards.

For many years, I have worked remotely and am comfortable providing the highest quality support from Italy during U.S. or European work hours. As a U.S. citizen now permanently based in Florence, I  hold a work permit for Italy and any European Union country.

I have written and edited technical and non-technical material on a wide range of topics — from healthcare recruitment marketing, high performance computing, IT, cyber security, and energy policy to  international tourism and sports, medicine and science, and industrial manufacturing.

My online portfolio includes recent samples of projects, products, and services that I directed as a senior leader in my federal consulting role (2019-2023). Another portfolio illustrates material I wrote and designed as well as international programs I developed as executive director of a private Italian "scuola calcio" - soccer academy (2000-2023).
